Purchase order terms and conditions
- According to the delivery service’s policy, the maximum weight for delivery is 20kg. The delivery fee is as per table below.
- Bokbok has defined our own metropolitan area which are Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Prakan, and Samut Sakhon

Terms and conditions for product delivery
How to order and choose payment methods
- Choose your desired product then carefully check the name, size and number of the products
- The product is damaged, for example, the outer packaging is damaged or has a defect causing the product inside to be spoiled or damaged
- The product has a quality problem or expired, for example, the product has a discoloration or unpleasant smell.
According to above conditions, you can return product for replacement or refund by following these steps:
- Our return and replacement policy apply to every purchase made from our online store (https://www.bokbokofficial.com), please contact us within 7 days after you received the product.
- If any problem with your purchase is caused by our error, you can request for product replacement with the same variant or the other variant or for refund in cash.
- For cash refund, we offer a full refund for products which is under the return and replacement conditions
- For product replacement with the other variant, the product must not cost more than the returned product, please refer to the price on website https://www.bokbokofficial.com
- For return or replacement, please contact us via below channels:
- Line: Bok Bok Pet Munchie. Customer must provide order number, bank account number, and the reason for returns/replacement

- ตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้า สามารถขนส่งได้ไม่เกิน 20 กิโลกรัมและมีค่าบริการ ตามตารางข้างล่าง

- กรุณาชำระเงินให้ครบตามคำสั่งซื้อภายใน 7 วัน หากชำระไม่ครบจำนวน คำสั่งซื้อในเว็ปไซต์จะถูกยกเลิก

เงื่อนไขในการจัดส่งสินค้า
- บริษัทจัดส่งสินค้าทุกวันจันทร์ – เสาร์ และตัดรอบส่งเวลา 12.00 น.
- หากมีความผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากทางบริษัทหรือตัวสินค้า สามารถตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขและขั้นตอนการคืน-เปลี่ยนสินค้า จากนโยบายการคืน-เปลี่ยนสินค้า (Return Policy)
วิธีการสั่งซื้อ และชำระค่าสินค้า
- เลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการซื้อ พร้อมตรวจสอบสินค้า ขนาด พร้อมทั้งจำนวนสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง
- เมื่อเลือกสินค้าเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว คลิก หยิบใส่ตระกร้า จากปุ่มด้านล่างสินค้า สามารถเลือกสินค้าและหยิบใส่ตะกร้าได้มากกว่า 1 รายการ
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ต้องการสั่งซื้อ หากต้องการดำเนินการจ่ายเงิน ให้คลิก Buy Now
- การสั่งซื้อโดยไม่สมัครสมาชิก: ลูกค้าสามารถสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้โดยไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิก โดยกรอกรายละเอียด ชื่อ ที่อยู่ในการจัดส่ง และอีเมลล์ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
- การสั่งซื้อโดยสมัครสมาชิก: คลิก ล็อคอิน ก่อนสั่งซื้อและตรวจสอบ ชื่อ ที่อยู่ในการจัดส่ง และอีเมลล์ให้ถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดสินค้าที่ต้องการสั่งซื้ออีกครั้ง จากนั้นคลิก สั่งซื้อ
- จะปรากฎ QR Code สำหรับการโอนสินค้า ตรวจสอบชื่อบัญชี ธนาคาร และราคาให้เป็นไปตามคำสั่งซื้อทุกครั้ง
- หลังจากชำระค่าสินค้า สามารถแจ้งโอนผ่านช่องทาง Payment (แจ้งชำระเงิน) จากเมนูด้านบน โดยแนบหลักฐานการโอน พร้อมทั้งกรอกรายละเอียดตามใบคำสั่งซื้อให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
- สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะของการจัดส่ง หลังชำระค่าค่าสินค้า ได้ทาง Order Tracking
